On Sunday, December 5th CWI-PCA held its annual holiday party at Buck & Honey’s in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. With 45 members and friends, there was lots of chatter, laughter, and of course, Porsche talk. Thank you to the staff of Buck & Honey’s for making our event very special!
Social chairs Joyce Rolnick and Rita McGovern along with Chuck and Gail Schmeling organized a very fun get-together. Gail made gift bags for everyone and there were lots of door prizes (special thanks to Greg Mode, Zimbrick Porsche, and many others). Chuck made a slideshow of our 2021 social rides, tours, and Autocross events. Members who weren’t able to participate in some of these events truly enjoyed watching the slideshow. Everyone also received a copy of a CWI-PCA 2022 Calendar of Events and oh my, what a year we have to look forward to, especially the Porsche Parade 2022: The Poconos Pennsylvania in June!
Our proudest moment of the party was filling two large bins of toys for Marines Toys for Tots, who help bring the joy of the holidays and send a message of hope to America’s less fortunate children.
