Attached below is the Ballot for the 2022 Central Wisconsin Region PCA Board of Directors.
All completed ballots must be returned to Steve Stone, Nominating Committee Chair by December 10, 2021.
There are several ways to do this;
1. Print the attached pdf file, mark your choices, scan, and e-mail to Steve Stone
A high-resolution photo from a smartphone may be sufficient if it is readable.
2. Print the attached pdf file, mark your choices and mail the completed ballot to Steve Stone, postmarked by Dec. 10.
If you are writing in a candidate, please print clearly.
CWI-PCA 2021 Ballot for Board of Directors
The Nominating Committee of the CWI-PCA submits the following slate of candidates for election to the Board of Directors. Each Active member and Family/Associate member may use this ballot to cast a vote. You must include your name and individual Porsche Club membership number which can be found on your membership card that the National Porsche Club sent to you when you joined or renewed.
