BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors of the Central Wisconsin Region consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The Board also includes the last past President. Their terms of office are two years and end on December 31. The responsibility of the Board of Directors is to conduct the administrative affairs of the Region properly and to function properly for the committees, and they shall ensure compliance with these Bylaws.

All standing committees (chairs) of the Region are appointed by the Board. These standing committees conduct the business of the Region as determined by the Board and the membership.
