BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors of the Central Wisconsin Region consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. The Board also includes the last past President. Their terms of office are two years and end on December 31. (The next election will be in the fall of 2025)
The responsibility of the Board of Directors is to conduct the administrative affairs of the Region properly and to function properly for the committees, and they shall ensure compliance with these Bylaws.
